Furaveri Island Resort & Spa is value-for-money resort located in a natural and private island in Raa Atoll. It is accesible by a 45 minutes scenic seaplane flight from Male airport. It is perfect for for both couples and families and keeps the natural beauty and spirit of the Maldives.
There are 168 villas divided in 8 categories, both on the island (beach and garden villas to luxurious Dhoni Pool Villas) and overwater (from Water Villas to giant Overwater Pool Villa Residence).
Furaveri offer many activities in the surroundings, including snorkeling, diving, catarman sailing, kayak and windsurfing. The kids club features an air-conditioned venue, toys and a large sand-filled playground with a playhouse. For adults, there is a gym, tennis or badminton, Zumba, yoga sessions, and a luxury spa.
The island has a nice reef full of life.
Furaveri Island Resort & Spa has many dining and bar options:
- Jaafaeiy, is themed on a traditional Maldivian boat house, offering live cooking stations and different themed international cuisine on a daily basis.
- Udhares is the main bar located near the main pool and beach, providing A La Carte dining and a full selection of beverages.
- Amigos @ Farumathi, has Mexican food and designed cocktails.
- Raiyvila, is the resort’s Signature Restaurant located on the beach amazing variety of home designed cocktails and Fusion of Asian cuisine.
- Teppanyaki on the beach serves Amazing Japanese cuisine.
- Athiti: for short eats and drinks.
